This high-energy class taught by Nzingah Oniwosan explores traditional dances from West Africa and Haiti. The start of a class builds on traditional West African & Haitian dance techniques with live drummers & flows into a yoga practice.
During savasana, certified hypnosis practitioner Ewa Josefsson will offer a healing group session. Experience subconscious reprogramming and its potential for self-healing and integration.
After the hypnosis session, Ewa will be available for a Q&A about hypnosis and your experience.
