Yoga Break Station House DTSP

An event every week that begins at 12:00 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely
Thursdays from 12-1pm stop by the Do Things Room on the 2nd floor of Station House to break from work, get your body moving and quiet your mind. Yoga Break is an all-levels, donation based class taught by yoga teacher, Kelsey from Within. Yoga.
Yoga is a beautiful tool for the work place as it increases blood flow, improves posture and focus, reduces stress and tension, creates a sense of clarity and purpose — ultimately, all of those things combined unfold into a more productive work day. Think of it as a siesta for yourself!
No need to pre-register, just bring yourself and a mat. This is a donation based class open to Station House members and the public!
