💚🙏🏽✨Hatha yoga- light flow open to all beginners and experienced Yogis alike. We will flow and breathe together, with about 30 minutes of stretch and holds. We use pranayama for 5-10 minutes as a warm up and end in sunny Savasana! Beautiful park setting right on the water in Dunedin. Props are provided- first come, first serve. Come take practice then enjoy your Saturday revived.✨🙏🏽💚
